All orders placed on our website are reviewed, processed, and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

U.S. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is usually 6 to 9 business days after shipment.

In most cases, delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. In rare cases, due to carrier delays, high demand, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control, delivery may take up to 11 business days.

Worldwide Shipping

Lyveli ships worldwide. Delivery times outside the United States may vary depending on the destination country, carrier availability, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

International delivery estimates are shown when available at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping may be available when the applicable conditions are met. Any shipping offer or delivery fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Final shipping options and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Taxes & Duties

Applicable taxes are already included in the product pricing or calculated before checkout confirmation, depending on your location.

You will always see the final order total before completing your purchase.

Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, each recurring shipment is processed after the recurring payment has been successfully approved.

Once payment is confirmed, subscription orders are typically prepared within 24 hours and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

Delivery times for subscription orders follow the same estimated timelines as standard orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons.

If this happens, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees, and you may receive more than one tracking link.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Lyveli cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Carrier Delays

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

If your package appears lost, marked as delivered but not received, or returned to sender, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lyveli.com.

We will review the situation with the available tracking information and help you find the best next step.

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or any delivery issue outside our control, any refund may be processed only after the package is received back at our facility.

Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and non-refundable carrier fees may be deducted from the refunded amount when applicable.
